If they have already used their credits for that cycle and wish to book, they will be charged the rate you set above.

Keep in mind that 1 credit = 1 hour of conference room use.

Approval required for non-members

If you want anyone to buy a day plan, but prefer to meet customers in person before approving private office memberships, you can leave the approval box unchecked for day passes and select it for private offices. This applies to both current members and the general public who are seeking membership.
